Bigpond movies

All goes well until I try to rent or buy a movie. Nothing happens except it makes a sound and doesn’t proceed.
I’ve setup my payment options etc.
I have used bigpond movies before successfully but not for a few months. It has just decided to not allow me to rent anything.
