Hi Matty,
The error reads: Playback Error Content Tree response invalid ( no key for: na)
The movie doesn't launch.
All other streaming works per usual.
Running iOS on a device no more than 18 months old.

Sorry to see. Does the movie start, then stop or does it not launch at all? What specifically does the error message say?
Do other apps load up and play other content okay? youtube, for example? - Matthew.

Here is the resolution.
Crowdsupport is not an official Telstra support channel.
You need to call Telstra TV Box Offfice Technical Support on 1800 502 502.
Nobody here has access to the systems required to rectify the issues you are describing. Only tech support does..

The problem is fixed I was told by Telstra Box Office by buying and renting SD movies.
They told me HD movies have a licensing issue.
