Can't set up preferred payment for BP Movies..

Weeks ago I tried to set BPM up for my Telstra Box. When I try to add my account for the payment method I get an error. I called BPM after that and they couldn't find my account so it was escalated to some team. That was about 4 weeks ago. Got the same story today, this "team" is still looking into it. I tried to create a new Telstra ID but that just wouldn't work either. This is a very poor service if a customer has to wait over a month to watch a bloody movie! Has anyone else come across this problem? M
