A couple of years ago I redeemed a Foxtel Now offer using my Telstra TV.
with this new 3-month offer, I redeemed successfully but when I tried to login to the Foxtel Now app on Telstra TV, it returned an error stating...
”this device has already been used to redeem an offer”
ive logged in to my phone app with no issues so the Foxtel Now account is fine.
The device shouldn’t have a restriction on it. If someone can help me “clear the cache” or something on Telstra system side, that would be great!

I have the actual error now:
”This device has already had a free trial. You can only receive the free trial once. Error Code: AS4043”
don’t know why there is a restriction on an actual device, I’ve never seen that before.
This has now happened on 2 devices, one of which is relatively new. I managed to Login on 2 other devices with no issue.
