EPG problems with Bigpond TV APP - Samsung TV's
I have loaded the Bigpond TV app on my Samsung TV, Model: PS50C7000YF, along with the latest firmware V 2013/08/01_003018.
Everything works except the EPG will only load the channel images, you can see that it is trying to download the information but only a message "some of the EPG information could not be loaded" is displayed.
I have contacted Telstra support and the only advice was to reinstall the app, which I have done, with no solution to the problem.
Transferred to technical support which checked my Internet connection and found no problems, the only advice was to take out the technical support offer of $ 15 p.m. over 24 months which my fix the problem.
I have uploaded the latest Samsung firmware and contacted Samsung who advice was to reset to factory settings which I have done.
Can someone provide and additional actions to try as I feel that if Bigpond TV is functioning at 99%, then it might be a networking issue/setting that is stopping the EPG loading fully.
