Error on Telstra TV after redeeming 1 free Movie Rental

Greetings all,


I recently purchased a Telstra TV and went to redeem my 1 free Movie Rental in Bigpond Movies, when I went to play it, Telstra TV produced an error that I needed to restart my Telstra TV and it just keeps going in a loop with this error every time I try to play the Movie.  It plays the Preview without any errors. Thanks.

Very sorry to read about your BigPond Movies error on Telstra TV.


Trying to play that movie is the only process that throws up an error? When you try to watch other content do you have any issues?
