Error RE647

Am having trouble watching some episodes in the Scandal series and keep getting error message RE647. Anyone else experiencing this. Apparently it's a Telstra TV issue.

Try calling Telstra TV support on 1800 087 688

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

As this error is specifically relating to the Foxtel App on the Telstra TV, you will need to contact Foxtel who manage the content and the app. 

 

If the error occurs at the same time on the same episode, this may indicate an issue with the content. If it happens every so often, but you are eventually able to progress through episode, this may be an issue with the demand on their servers.
