Foxtel Now on Telstra TV

I just purchased a Telstra TV box (after signing up to transfer my NBN to Telstra)

I already have Foxtel cable (not thru Telstra) and pay an extra subscription called 'Multiscreen' which gives me foxtel 'now' type access to a second tv via the tv foxtel app. I also get access to an older tv via a foxtel now box.

However, my new Telstra tv box will not allow me Foxtel access, presumably because i don't officially have Foxtel Now but regular foxtel cable?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Foxtel Now on Telstra TV

That is correct. Foxtel Now is a separate subscription product. You can't use it with a regular Foxtel subscription.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
