I redeemed an offer for Foxtel Now and also added a Drama pack for a monthly fee. I am unable to login on my Telstra TV (on my TV). States login details are incorrect. I have spoken to both Telstra and Foxtel and I am waiting for a call back tomorrow for further info. ( Spent 3 hours trying to get access) . Is it possible to delete/ reset my username and password in order that I can gain access. I have tried many times password resets, app deleted/renewed box reset but no joy. Wifey not happy as Outlander new series starts tomorrow 🙈🙈
