Signed up for the $99.95 nbn package with free Foxtel now. Somehow it says I have redeemed the offer. I have not. It may have happened during the sign up stage at Telstra store but I have no user name or password. At least 5 visits to the store and 10 phone calls and no one can help. They just keep telling me it’s redeemed. Now 3 weeks since I signed up. All now ridiculous. How do I even know what my log in details are.
