Foxtelnow live tv blocked by parental controls

My TelstraTV cannot display FOXTEL now live TV when parental controls are turned on. It will work as soon as I disable parental controls from the dashboard. I have added foxtel.com.au and foxtelnow.com.au but it still fails. Interestingly on demand viewing does work. When it fails the all only loads to 33%
