free telstra tv

I got an email on Feb 23 advising that as a bigpond movies user Telstra will send out a free Telstra TV due to the pending shutdown of tbox. The Tbox has now been discontinued, no Telstra TV has arrived and on calling Telstra they claim to know nothing about it. can someone advise if i can expect a telstra tv to be sent or werher i need to make alternative arrangements?

HI @brendanone I apologise for any misunderstandings, while there were emails sent out offering alternative service options as replacements for the T-Box, these were not free. You are welcome to choose a Telstra TV device, or Foxtel from Telstra but applicable service charges still apply.
