got charged for a movie that didn't happen

I just picked a movie to watch and it started to load then froze. I wasn't able to unfreeze it and it timed out by itself. It never loaded but I just got charged for it on my account all the same.

 Has anyone else had this problem? Who do ask about either watching it without paying again or getting a refund.

Sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced with your BigPond Movies. 

 

I would recommend giving our BigPond Movies team a call on 1800502502

(Monday - Friday 9:30am - 11pm AEST, Saturday 11am - 11pm AEST, Sunday 12pm - 10pm AEST

 

So they can check on the issue for you and either provide you with a credit for the movie or allow you to watch it again without charge.
