Re: Hired a movie and won’t load
Not the experience that we like to hear of @Shaz888 and I do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. I would recommend contacting our Telstra TV Faults team on 132200 (24/7) and saying 'Telstra TV' and then 'Faults' when prompted. They can check the purchase and refund if a resolution cannot be obtained.
