How to activate your Telstra TV®

Trying to set up Telstra tv once I put in code and log in it says “ your request could not be processed at this time please try again later” it has been 2 days now and still cannot connect . When tried Telstra tech support and still can’t get it working. What do I do?

Sorry for the trouble setting up your Telstra TV. Did you get a reference number from your conversation with tech support? Did you call 133933 for help with this?
