My Teltra TV remote has failed.
How can I contact Telstra to request a new one?
Seems I can't make direct contact with Telstra because everything is closed down due to the virus situation. I've tried the phone, the website and the various Telstra apps.

You should be able to order on-line as an accessory. I have seen it in the Telstra Plus store, so if you have enough rewards points, you may be able to use them to acquire it as well. Also your local Telstra Shop may have some in store.

If you want it quickly, I would steer clear of ordering online and go directly to your local store, you'll likely be waiting 3+ weeks for online orders.
