Hey brains trust,
I cannot login to Telstra TV Box office on my LG TV I have used for several years and can still do so in my phone and iPad.
I have deleted and reinstalled on TV and sill no luck. I have changed password as well but still get ‘working username or password’ message.

join the club! we're having the same problems here too! I've tried to contact support but the website isn't working i just get a little circle going around and around - I've sent emails and I get told 'change your username and password" well hello I shouldn't have to do that if I can log in easily on my computer, ipad and now phone ....
I just sent another email explaining in as easy wording as i could so now awaiting another reply ..... ugh ... wished someone would help!
How did you delete the app of your TV? because I've looked and can't find anything!
We are in the same boat too. Changed password and still saying incorrect password. It’s frustrating when your isolated at home and can’t watch a movie.
I’m assuming it’s the volume of users causing some issue???
you go to homepage on TV and put cursor on app and a small ‘x’ comes up above it and you place the cursor over it and click. App is taken away. That’s how I did it in LG tv. Don’t bother tho - makes no difference.
Having the same issue here. Uninstalling and reinstalling makes no difference. Got two screaming kids. Planing to try google videos for Adams Family.
Exact same problem here. Called telstra and they gave me a 1800 number to call. Waited almost 2.5 hours on hold just to be told by an automated voice that i had to email them. So i did and no response yet. Very frustrated as i cant watch the movies that i have purchased on there or rent a movie i want to see. Considering we are all at home now for circumstances beyond our control, the service is very poor. I do understand that they are working with minimal staff but i just want to rent a movie or watch one that i have purchased, its that simple
