@Gr5464 My first thought is to check that the HDMI cable is firmly inserted in the TTV and TV.
Even changing it to another HDMI port of the TV might help, or try a spare HDMI cable if you have one.
Other than that call 13 22 00 and say Telstra TV and then Faults when prompted.
You may also need to quote the serial number from underneath the box, so write that down before calling.
