No help at call centre

So my box office is saying too many devices advice call the 1800 502502 no one there so what do I do now? Made purchases that i cant watch

You can try removing excess devices by logging in at telstratv.com then going to settings then devices.

 

If you can't remove them that way, contact Telstra TV Boxx Office support via https://www.telstratv.com/boxoffice/support/contactus

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
