Oh so over buffering

I have been purchasing movies from BigPond Movies and have had nothing but buffering issues. I have logged off, logged on, rebooted etc but nothing changes. This is not a internet speed connection as nothing else has any issues. Netflix, Stan just mentioning a few have no buffing or downloading problems. Not a happy customer atm

Sorry to hear of the BigPond Movies playback issue you have been experiencing. 

 

Is this when attempting to watch on the Telstra TV? Does all seem ok if trying from another device?

No we’re not using Telstra tv I am streaming it from the direct bigpond movies website as unable to chrimecast from app until fix. Every movie purchased has continuous buffering issues until the point an hour movie takes and hour 45 to watch. No other service has this issue re Netflix/ Stan etc either via chrimecast or via website?

In this instance I would recommend contacting the Bigpond movie support team on 1800 502 502, you'll be directed to a team member that can assist with this streaming issue.
