Ordered Telstra TV
Hi, I ordered Telstra TV by logging into My Telstra app and buying it outright.
some points below:
- I accidentally ordered it to an old address by accident
- I have a My Telstra account with points but no active Telstra service as I cancelled my phone with Telstra. When I rang Telstra to rectify the issue the customer service representative couldn’t help me as there’s no active account.
My question is can anyone help me to change the address please? I have a confirmation email of the order but can’t get it changed over the phone.

They should be able to change it in the ordering system by using the order reference number.
Nobody at Crowdsupport has access to those systems. The only way to contact people that do are via 132200, chat through the My Telstra app on your phone, or via the Telstra Twitter or Facebook accounts.
