POWER OUTAGE RESTART

I am having trouble reconnecting Telstratv to internet after a power outage. I have switched router, TV & Roku unit off and on. No luck. Is there a sequence I should follow?

Turn everything off.

Then turn on the modem and wait 5 minutes for it to fully boot up.

Then turn on the TV.

Then turn on the Telstra TV. You may need to go in to the network settings and check that it connects properly.
