Stan on Telstra TV fault

I have been having  a problem with  Stan on my Telstra TV2, which I have only had for  a couple of months. No problem with any other app on the box, only Stan. When watching  a program whether, tv show or movie, the words don't match up with the mouth. It is  very annoying. I did a system restart and it hasn't made any difference whatsoever. Can  anyone help  me

If everything else is working and you have tried removing and reinstalling the Stan app then I would suggest lodging the issue with Stan so they can have a look into the content issue here.
