If it is within the 24 months warranty you can get it replaced. Otherwise, I'd find a Telstra store selling them (About $25) as online orders are slow presently.

 

 

Due to the temporary COVID-19 support issues, it is best at this time to chase it up via the My Telstra app, use the "Get Help" icon at the bottom of the screen and leave a message. That will go in a queue and be answered as soon as they can.

You could also try 13 22 00 and say "Telstra TV" to the bot lady, then "Faults" but I am unsure how long that would take you to get through presently.
