Telstra App order not being actioned.

on 28/7/2020 I ordered Telstra TV via my account online.

On 17/8/2020 after almost 3 weeks of nothing I made contact on the my Telstra App and got Ref No NA51176029 and SR 1-2599371310548. Still nothing

on 21 Aug I escalated to complaint in App. Told it will be looked into. No follow up.

Today 25 Aug at 3:30pm rang complaints. INT 1-2632915541087 Waste of time. Was told if I had of called it could have been done straight away. That took some control to keep calm. What is complaints for if they cannot resolve and then send me here.

Can anyone get this resolved or has customer service become a thing of the past so long as bills are paid. To say I am getting annoyed is an understatement as the complaints person could not even fill in the email properly pointing me to this brilliant example of customer service.
