Telstra Plus Gold Box Office credit voucher

Hi, I have activated my $110 credit voucher for Telstra Box Office and it appears on my account BUT I have to enter a code to redeem.

I haven’t received the code on email or text so unsure how I can get it resent to me?! I can’t see anything in the 24/7 app or websites to resend the code.

So you can see the credit if you sign into Telstra TV box office as showing on the account?

It shouldn’t need a promo code, it should apply it to the Box Office account and then any rentals should just be deducted from that amount (until the balance of the credit reaches $0)
