Telstra TV Activation Error

Hi, we have just recently upgraded plans and received a Telstra TV. Plug it in and followed the instructions on the TV and Computer to get an activation code. Entered it into the Telsta TV page and it accepted it. The Telstra TV did a download and now each time you try to use the Telstra TV you get the following error:


Connection Dropped

There was aproblem connecting to the network. (activation plugin not downloaded: -4)

Please try again. Press Ok button to reconnect.

I have retried numerous times over the last 4 days including unplugging power for periods greater than 10 minutes and still each time I get the same error. I have also tried via ethernet and wireless connection with the same result.

All sorted. Reset Telstra TV and re did the Linking Process. Worked this time.
