Telstra TV and Google Home Mini

ok I called support and Telstra Platinum who can't really understand the issue so I'll ask here

I've connected my Telstra TV to Good Home Mini.  I live in Central Queensland

I say to it "Hey Google - Play Channel 7 on the Telstra TV" Cool plays it

Hey Google Play channel 9 on the Telstra TV doesn't work

Hey Google play WINHD on the Telstra TV - doesn't work

Hey Google Launch Foxtel Now on the Telstra TV - Launches Foxtel Now but can't do anything else

Hey Google Open Netflix and play True Detective on the Telstra TV - doesn't work

Also we have had 7HD since November 2018 but it is not enabled on Telstra TV.  Why?

For WINHD, have you tried saying the channel number (50 where I am) instead of WINHD?

The Google commands are fairly limited.

As for 7HD, have you retuned your Telstra TV?

I did try to say change to a particular channel but that failed saying that channel number doesn’t exist.

As for 7HD, several retunes were performed and it shows as SD

Done a bit of reading, and the STQ site states that the main channel switched from SD to HD. So there wouldn't be a new channel, the existing channel 7 changed to HD.
