Telstra tv app

The tv guide on the app is showing 2 10HD's and no 10 Bold. I don't know what happened but it used to show 10 Bold. Could someone please fix this problem. Didnt know who else to contact.

have you tried doing a channel scan in Settings?

The problem seems to have occurred a couple of days ago when the Ten network added 10 Shake to their lineup. Seems that the update got a bit messed up.

 

I'll send an email to the development team and see if they can update the channel list.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
