Telstra TV apps not working

G’day, Telstra TV (Roku version) has a software update (23 April). Since then the following apps do not work: Foxtel now, 9Now, 7 Plus, Tenplay. Netflix and iview are working. Telstra Box office seems to work. I have tried turning off for 2 minutes and restarting, no change. The apps that don’t work, do come up with start screen but after about 20 seconds just go back to home page. I think there has been a subsequent update because a Amazon Prime app is now visible.

any ideas to restore Foxtel now and other apps.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling each app. I had to do that with the Foxtel Now app about a week ago as it kept asking me to log in.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
