Telstra TV Automatic Time Zone Incorrect

I have just set up my Roku Telstra TV and attempted to use the Automatic Time Zone setting. Even though I am connected to the 'NBN' in Canberra, the Roku box insists that my time zone should be South Australia. Does anyone have a possible explanation?

It may be that 'internet' records show your current IP address as being assigned to SA. So the system does a lookup on the IP, sees it's supposed to be from SA, and assigns that timezone.


Just pick your zone manually. Smiley Happy
