Telstra TV Box office site not working

Is the box office movies web site currently offline? I can't seem to connect to it. My internet connection is fine as I can still connect to other sites.

How long is the system maintenance likely to be or is this part of the issues you are working on?

It appears to be working correctly now when I check on my laptop & mobile.

 

If you're still having trouble, I'd recommend rebooting the device you're using. If that doesn't help, please clear the cache & browsing data then try access the page again.

Hi,
It’s on both my LG smart TVs, I’ve factory re-set one of them and still getting the BigPond TV logo with system maintenance box stating “We are currently upgrading your movies store and will be back online shortly”
Had the same message last time I tried to access the app ten days ago.
I’ve rebooted my modem as well, just in case.

If you have any further issues or need assistance, our Telstra TV Assurance team will be the best people to investigate & you can contact them on 132200. 

Please say 'Telstra TV' then 'Faults' when prompted.
