There is not much on this specific error so the things I would recommend would be having the app deleted and then re-installed t see if the movie can be viewed. If this doesn't work then the Telstra Box Office team can be reached on 1800 502 502 during business hours or via email at email@example.com where they will get back to you within 24 hours.
