I can appreciate your concerns with the playback error you have been receiving and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused Smiley Sad I do have a link to the troubleshooting that we have for using this service on a mobile device at

There is not much on this specific error so the things I would recommend would be having the app deleted and then re-installed t see if the movie can be viewed. If this doesn't work then the Telstra Box Office team can be reached on 1800 502 502 during business hours or via email at boxofficesupport@telstratv.com where they will get back to you within 24 hours.
