Telstra TV device keeps freezing

At what point does it freeze?

I.E, as an example.

1. When watching TV?

2. Using a certain app?

3. Just booting up?

It might be having issues connecting to your modem?

Someone keeps putting vegetables in my beer crisper :-(

Constantly having to press the reset button on it to 3 times a day

If your TTV is connected by Wi-Fi, try connecting with an ethernet cable instead and see if the 'freezing' still happens..
