Level 2: Rookie

Telstra TV Error R645 - no valid bitrates

The above error message has suddenly appeared when using our Telstra TV.  Have to exit apps.  Have done all the usual - turning on and off, rebooting etc.  Tests on internet connection and wifi show very good connection.  Can anybody help?
