Telstra TV error RE647

Have this error when using Foxtel. I have been passed backwards and forwards between Telstra and Foxtel. Have reset Telstra TV, have updated. Still not working. Anyone have any advice?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear of the troubles you're having.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Foxtel App? How long has this error occurred for? and when you spoke with our team what has been advised?

Yes have tried all of the above. Have tried talking to an advisor, no one was helpful. They mentioned to update it and reinstall. Nothing has fixed.
