Telstra TV losing connection

Our Telstra TV has started losing connection. I have started having to reset the box 4 or 5 times before it works again. It is less then 2 years old. Internet connection is fine. Has anyone had these issues?

yes, I have to reset the Telstra TV box 4/5 times before the connection establishes and stops cutting it. Do you think the box needs to be replaced?
