Telstra tv movie purchase

Hi there I have a Telstra TV box and someone have purchased some movies without my knowledge of this and I have set a pin for purchase movies so it's locked but somehow that didn't prevent them from purchasing does this happen often with Telstra TV box office? Why didn't my pin stop this unauthorized purchase?

Movies cannot be purchased without inputting the PIN code if a PIN code has been set up.
