Hi we live in Bendigo 10 days ago we lost internet for two days since then our Telstra TV could only work by using LAN cable to the Telstra TV box and the remote would not work, I was using my Telstra TV app on my mobile phone now that's not working.
I have tried to reset my unplugging I've tried pairing I've tried going into settings and resetting. any suggestions please?
