Telstra TV stops at Lets Get Started. Solved, I hope.

My TV switched to a black screen displaying "No Input" after selecting "Lets Get Started" during the initial setup of my Telstra TV.

After trying everything I thought possible I noticed that the TV had switched from HDMI1 to HDMI3.

The Telstra TV remote changes the input selection on my TV to HDMI3.

Seriously painful bit of problem solving.

Is there a way to change the frequency of the Telstra TV Remote?

Thanks for using Crowd Support. Not something we have had others commenting about. Might be the TV and not the remote, Most cases it will change which HDMI was plugged in last. The remote frequency can't be changed and would affect tie HDMI selection if it was able to be.
