Telstra TV - Unable to watch TENPLAY..
I'm unable to connect to TENPLAY.. After 1 min a error appears on the screen saying,
Sorry, it seems there was a network problem then bad 400 error.
What does this mean?
I've checked my network connection and WIFI and its all good..
How do i solve this problem from recurring???

Yes your right I spoke with a Telstra customer service member.
They told me to email the Ten Network at contactus@networkten.com.au...

I've sent a email to the Network Ten last week and haven't heard nothing..
My TENPLAY is still having trouble loading and searching...
Its now becoming frustrating.
Could you please help me with this situation.

Just to confirm, Have you tried removing the TenPlay app, reinstalling it and also checking for an update with the Telstra TV?

My wife has mentioned that Tenplay is working again..
Its been a week since it started to work.
