Why does the TV guide in the Telstra TV app not have 10Bold?

Can you please check the antenna is connected firmly to the back of the Telstra TV device and that it is firmly connected to the socket in the wall. Once you’ve made sure the connections are firmly in, go to ‘Settings > Live TV > Channel Scan’ and rescan for TV channels.
