Telstra tv

Hi, my Telstra tv constantly requires restarting as a message comes up on the screen to say it is not connected to the internet

Hi Lui28. 

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. 
 

I would try performing a Factory Reset of your Telstra TV device. To do that, hold the Reset button on the bottom of your Telstra TV continuously for 20 seconds to perform a factory reset. Then try to activate your device again.


If you are still getting the error message you will need to speak with our Telstra TV support team on 13 22 00 and say ‘Telstra TV’
