Telstra TV3 won’t link to Google Home correctly

I’ve followed the instructions, but it appears that the TV3 has some issue with the Google Home app, when compared to TV/TV2.

Google Home believes the Telstra TV3 to be offline, when it clearly isn’t. Any suggestions to resolve this?
