I’m getting an error message in Telstra Box office: We’re sorry, there appears to have been an error with your transaction. Please try again
It should bill directly to the account.

Have tried logging off and on again - no love.
This did occur in January as well. Was an error Telstra end.

I am sorry to hear of the issues when using this Box Office service and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused We were aware of an issue last evening that was resolved late in the evening and should have this service working correctly at the present time.
