Tv3 device auto shut off

I got a tv3 to update my last unit and now no matter what I watch I get the device auto shut off message that won’t let me clear. I’ve turned off all the things previous  users have said on the Telstra tv but it won’t change it. My tv doesn’t have a clear option for an auto shut off setting, but why does it only do this now I have the TV3? I feel like it’s not the tv. Please help it’s soooo annoying!!
