Video platform unavailable

I have selected a movie from BigPond Box Office. When I select the SD option to pay $5.99, enter my PIN, an error appears with "video platform unavailable" in red lettering. What does this mean?

I am sorry to hear of the issues when using this Box Office service and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused Smiley Sad We were aware of an issue last evening that was resolved late in the evening and should have this service working correctly at the present time.
