Hi,

Since 3pm today, i've not been able to get the screen on my HTC One to light up. No idea why. Phone still seems to be on, as the charging light comes on when plugged in, and the light flashes when there is a new notification. The actual screen though just isn't lighting up at all, even when plugged in.

I started a 24 month contract with telstra for this phone in January 2014. I have also been paying an additional premium each month the insurance (stay connected i think it is called). Am I able to take the phone to you for a repair/replacement? I need a loan phone though as i am 38 weeks pregnant and could go into labour at any time. I need a phone to be able to call my husband if i go into labour.

Hi Jacquim, you'll need to take the phone into the store and they can evaluate it on the spot for you then they can advise what can be done to get you up and running again.. Normally a loan phone will be made available to you so no worries there.
