Call forwarding to a mobile

Morning all,

Has anyone got information on how I can forward all inbound office calls to a mobile number so we can work remotely? We are having to stay working in the office and want to isolate asap.

 

I've tried the following via google searches and nothing seems to be working (I have been on hold for several days in a row but cannot get in touch with anyone at Telstra to help set this up as it's not an urgent thing):

*21 then number etc.

*76

*71   

*31

*24

...the list goes on

 

NB: It's an old NEC 1100 system.

You need to do it from the menu on the phone.

See pages 3 and 4 of the manual.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
