Dear TIPT customers,
Telstra is excited to introduce to you two new TIPT UC-One capabilities – Internet Connect and Microsoft Lync/Skype-For-Business integration.
UC-One – Internet Connect. Remote working via the Internet
Enable true Tele/Home Working from within UC-One by using the feature-rich and powerful UC-One Collaboration platform already included with TIPT.
Simply download the UC-One desktop application for Microsoft or MAC-OS from the TIPT Resource centre, or for mobile/tablet devices from the Apple istore or Google Play Store and enter your TIPT credentials. You now have the option to connect your UC-One client to the VPN or Internet via the TIPT Portal. By selecting Internet, you now have the full power of TIPT and UC on all compatible devices over the internet with no need for a corporate VPN wherever you’re working and connected, whatever the time.
Voice and Video calling plus all the built-in screen share and collaboration tools are available for any user within UC-One with a standard or executive TIPT pack.
Integrate TIPT with Lync/Skype for Business
Combine your cloud environments for even better collaboration with desktop integration between Microsoft Skype for Business and TIPT:
- Simple TIPT integration to Lync/Skype on the desktop
- Easy Click-to-Dial from your Lync/Skype contacts
- Click-to-Call and telephony presence within the Lync/Skype client shows who is on a call and allows Click-to-Call from your Outlook and enterprise directories.
